In engineering, Purdue’s aerospace/aeronautical/astronautical program was ranked fifth and the civil and mechanical engineering programs were ranked seventh. Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics were both ranked tenth. Purdue’s Krannert School of Management had two programs ranked in the top 10. Productions/operations was ranked third and supply chain/logistics was ranked eighth. In September 2008, Purdue was ranked as the top choice of recruiters from the aerospace and defense industries in a study by Aviation Week & Space Technology magazine.
